State of the Union: Women & Girls

A lunch-and-learn convening funders, foundations, and philanthropy partners for an urgent, ground-level look at the state of funding and services for women and girls in Washington. Organizations working with survivors of violence, Native communities, and immigrant populations came together to surface the compounding crises they're navigating — from HUD funding cuts and housing gaps to the impacts of ICE enforcement on survivors seeking help. The conversation offered a frank assessment of where philanthropic leadership is needed most and how donors can step in as federal support recedes.
